My leadership coaching philosophy is based on CliftonStrengths — a tool that transformed how I approached leadership in my healthcare role. Since then, I’ve earned five different leadership coaching certifications, dedicating my career to providing practical tools and strategies to make leadership easier and more fulfilling. I’m living my dream everyday, helping leaders be the best that they can be and improving the culture of their teams in the process.
