  • Six months seems like a long time, but gosh does it fly by. The only required meeting time is 1.5 hours per month so the program is generally considered low touch and high impact! The work I’ve done with clients around time management and prioritization generally finds them between 5-10 hours per week of time back in their schedule, so the ROI is there.

  • Executive leadership coaching can cost upwards of $30,000-$50,000 per year, so relatively speaking, this is a great deal! However, I can understand the sticker shock and encourage you to do your research to find the RIGHT program for your team members.

  • No problem! We truly appreciate your growth mindset and desire to invest in your leaders. We kick off this program with a hearty self-assessment process that has proven enlightening for our clients. We also do a Leadership Capability 360 assessment to source feedback from those that work closest with them. Even the most season leaders have come away with areas to grow and develop.

  • Of course. We offer Leadership Intensives which are 2-3 months and laser focus on a single area of growth and development, complete with easy-to-implement tools and frameworks to support day-to-day leadership needs.
