Leadership Intensives
Leadership intensives are short-term, laser-focused coaching engagements that narrow in on your biggest challenge and take learning to the next level. Through the intensives, you will work on current obstacles and real-life work (no case studies here!), allowing you to make progress on things that matter the most to you.
This is not an opportunity to “sit and listen” to someone tell you the right way to do something. Clients should have current challenges that they can work through. The value in these intensives are seeing the results!
In the intensive, you will work one-on-one with an Executive Leadership Coach. There is no opportunity to “blend into the background” here, it’s all about YOU and what you can achieve!
Why you should register:
You’ve read the books and taken the courses, but are still struggling to apply the skills.
You are new to leadership and haven’t had the opportunity to learn key leadership skills yet.
You don’t want to register for a full course with a curriculum that skims the surface of many different topics. You want to spend your valuable time mastering one leadership skill before moving on to the next.

Chances are, the time you get back will equal or exceed the value of this program.

If you have five people on your team, you lose 16.8 hours per week and 109 days per year of productivity due to conflict. Think about what becomes possible for your team when you get that time back!
In this intensive, you will work through a current conflict in your professional sphere. You’ll receive tools and support to confidently approach difficult conversations and carry them through with empathy. You can register for this intensive individually or with the colleague you need to work with more effectively.
